The Woman Who Has Dedicated Her Life to a Free Cuba
Ninoska Perez
Ninoska Perez is one of the most respected and outspoken voices in the Cuban-American community — and in this episode she explains exactly why the fight for a free Cuba is far from over. She shares why she refuses to visit the island, what she saw at Guantanamo, and why she believes patience is running out among those who have been waiting for change for decades. She also covers the rise of socialism in the US, Raul Castro's grandson, the impact of Radio Mambi and why she left, different presidential approaches to Cuba, and the Bay of Pigs. Plus her honest assessment of whether a free Cuba is possible in our lifetime. If you care about Cuba — this is the conversation to listen to.
