From the Back of a Mosque Kitchen to 11+ Locations
Amin Ebrahimi
From cooking in a mosque kitchen to running 11 successful locations, Amin Ebrahimi’s story is one of grit, failure, community — and insane growth. Today, Shahs of Kabob (SOK) is a Miami staple with new locations on the way, a Puerto Rico expansion, and a fine-dining concept in development. Amin opens up about scaling a restaurant brand, firing employees, dealing with reviews, franchising opportunities, and the moment food bloggers created lines out the door. A must-watch for anyone who loves food, business, or comeback stories.
