The Man Running to Help Fix Coral Gables' Biggest Issues | Nestor Menendez

Nestor Menendez joins us to make his case for why he's running for Coral Gables Commission. He shares his background, what the role of a commissioner actually involves, and the top issues Coral Gables residents care about most right now — from Centennial Park and Ponce Park to the ongoing debate around free parking and the future of the Cocoplum pedestrian bridge.

We also get into the Charter Review Committee, business concerns across the city, how Coral Gables funds its services, the trend of residents selling homes to move into apartments within the city, and updates on the new Publix development and the park it will provide. Plus his top 3 Miami restaurants and his final case for why residents should vote for him.

If you live in Coral Gables — this episode covers everything on your radar before you vote.
