Head Coach and Spirit Coordinator Cecilia Esteban along with cheerleaders Yva Cao and Mae Cline join us to pull back the curtain on one of college sports' most demanding and rewarding programs. They walk us through what work week really looks like, the intensity of the first football game against Notre Dame, basketball season, UCA nationals, and what it takes to represent the University of Miami at the highest level.

We also get into how each of them found their way to cheerleading, the perks of being a UM cheerleader, Junior Cheer, life outside of practice, a day in the life on campus, and the best restaurants at UM. Plus the famous La Carreta game day experience and their top 3 Miami restaurants.
