Miami International Fitness Expo

The Miami International Fitness Expo returns Saturday, May 23, to the Miami-Dade County Fair & Exposition Center for a full day of competitions, demonstrations and wellness programming that brings together athletes, fitness enthusiasts and industry professionals from around the world. Anchored by the IFBB Miami Pro and NPC Miami Muscle Beach competitions—serving as Olympic and national qualifying events in categories such as bikini, wellness and men’s physique—the expo also features powerlifting, Olympic weightlifting, calisthenics, boxing, strongman contests and team-based fitness challenges across a large indoor venue designed for both spectators and participants. In addition to the athletic events, guests can explore more than 70 fitness and wellness vendors showcasing apparel, supplements, equipment and lifestyle products, while fashion presentations, athlete appearances and interactive gym activations add to the high-energy atmosphere celebrating the evolving fitness industry.
